Activity history
Open Activity to inspect recorded workspace events and the available type/event filters. It is an operational history, not proof that every external message or integration action succeeded.
Notifications
Use the notification bell for notifications addressed to you in the currently selected workspace. Switching workspaces replaces the context rather than merging another workspace’s list or unread count.
Read and navigate
Open a notification to follow an authorized destination. Read status updates only after the supported save succeeds. Mark all read affects your current-workspace notifications. If a save fails, they remain unread; do not assume navigation or persistence succeeded.
Missing or stale destinations
A removed resource, changed access or mismatched destination can prevent opening a notification. Return to the relevant page, check the workspace and access, then contact support if the problem persists.
