Add a booking
Open Bookings and choose Add booking.
- 1Enter the guest name.
- 2Select a property and add check-in and check-out dates when known.
- 3Record the amount and source accurately.
- 4Choose the appropriate initial status and save.
- 5Review the displayed nights, amount and status.
Stay statuses
Inquiry is a potential stay. Confirmed is an agreed booking. In stay means the guest is staying. Checkout soon flags departure attention. Completed is a finished stay. Cancelled is a canceled booking. Use these terms consistently; inquiry and cancelled bookings are excluded from stay-trigger automation eligibility.
Sources and amounts
Manual, Airbnb, Booking, Vrbo and direct are source labels. Selecting one does not import a reservation or connect that service. Amounts are recorded booking values, not proof of collection.
Current boundaries
This page supports manual entry and a booking table. It is not a booking engine, payment processor, reservation detail editor or guaranteed availability check. Verify dates, availability and night calculation through your established process before confirming a stay.
