Understand stored preferences without assuming rules were created.

Defaults are preferences
Settings → Automation Defaults contains preferences such as automatic check-in, checkout and review defaults. Controls labeled Not yet enforced do not create or activate automation rules.
Create an actual rule
Use Automations for a supported trigger and action, approval mode and active status. Review the rule’s run history rather than assuming a saved default has scheduled anything.
Keep workflows separate
Booking stay triggers and scheduled lead follow-up are different. Scheduled lead follow-up is currently unavailable. Keep your manual operational process until you have checked a supported rule’s outcome.
