Maintain the workspace name and supported reply preferences.

Workspace identity
Owners and admins can edit the workspace name in Settings → Workspace. Verify which workspace is selected before saving. The selected workspace and account’s default-workspace preference are different concepts.
Tone and automatic replies
Choose the available tone and review the automatic-reply preference. Automatic-reply-off means it must not be overridden by aggressive AI settings. Use AI Behavior for the detailed approval expectations.
After a change
Check the saved values. Settings can save independently; do not assume one success notice proves every separate preference changed. A saved communication preference does not establish an enabled external channel.
