    Read the history

Open a rule’s run history. Look for the action, relevant booking, status and available timestamps. Review any draft or approval requirement before acting.

Why a rule may not run

A rule can be inactive, outside its supported trigger, attached to an ineligible status/date, waiting for approval or missing channel setup. Credits and safety checks can also affect generated actions. Verify the current workspace and booking before retrying.

    Outcome is not a receipt

Drafted means content is prepared. Queued means a supported action is queued, not necessarily delivered. Approval does not itself prove receipt. Check your established channel’s delivery evidence for customer communications.

    Lead follow-up is separate

Scheduled lead follow-up is currently unavailable. Keep manual follow-up reminders in your existing workflow. Do not repeatedly run a rule to compensate for an unavailable capability.
