Read the summary
The rating average uses loaded review ratings. Awaiting reply means no reply text is recorded inside HostPilot. Recovery focus includes reviews with a stored recovery flag, normally at ratings of three or below.
Draft a response
Choose a warm, professional, concise or recovery tone and generate a suggestion. One generation uses one credit. Edit the reply for accuracy and empathy, and avoid promising refunds or exceptions you have not approved.
