Today’s Focus
Open Dashboard from the sidebar. Today’s Focus highlights urgent conversations and upcoming arrivals. Review the relevant conversation or booking before acting; the summary is not a substitute for the underlying record.
What the numbers mean
Revenue represents qualifying recorded booking amounts, not settled payments or accounting income. Active bookings are counted by status rather than by date overlap. Occupancy is an approximation based on active booking nights and property count, capped at 100%. The dollar display does not convert currencies.
Inbox and portfolio summaries
Unread messages, urgent conversations, upcoming arrivals, property totals and automation counts help prioritize work. Awaiting includes open and awaiting-reply conversations. Empty summaries can mean no matching records; if expected data is missing, confirm the workspace and check the detailed page.
Navigate to your work
Use the sidebar for Inbox, Properties, Bookings, Leads and intelligence pages. Ask AI opens Inbox; it is not a global assistant. The displayed Dashboard header search is Not yet implemented. Documentation search is a separate working search.
