A shared operating space
A workspace brings together your properties, bookings, leads, conversations, marketing and plan allowance. Your initial workspace is created as part of signup. There is no separate workspace-creation wizard described here.
Switch workspaces
Use the workspace switcher in the expanded sidebar. Select a workspace you belong to, then check its name before editing or generating content. Changing the selected workspace changes the context of your operations.
Roles and access
Owners, admins and members have different responsibilities. Questionnaire answers do not change your role. If a workspace is missing, ask its owner to verify your invitation and membership. The switcher cannot restore missing access.
Credits and notifications
AI credits are shared within the workspace. Notifications show your recipient-specific activity for the currently selected workspace, rather than merging every workspace you can access.
