Read the status carefully
Open Settings → Connected Tools. Available configuration, requires setup, HostPilot-managed and connected are different concepts. A saved connection or badge alone does not prove live synchronization or delivery.

Google Calendar and Guesty
Google Calendar offers connect, reconnect and disconnect workflows and supported viewing-event sync. Verify your own connection before relying on it. Guesty uses a configuration and pending-verification webhook workflow, not universal or bidirectional PMS sync. No API-key entry is required by that Guesty form.
WhatsApp and SMS
WhatsApp is HostPilot-managed and requires support-assisted workspace enablement. Managed infrastructure does not mean your workspace number is connected or outbound delivery is ready. Telnyx SMS configuration/account verification is separate from number, compliance and delivery readiness; testing SMS sends a real message.
Unavailable connections
Hostaway is not currently available and remains pending provider approval. Twilio has no available shipped connector in this workflow. Direct Airbnb, Booking and Vrbo connectivity is not established by booking-source labels. Do not plan automatic imports around those labels.
If a tool is not connected
Review the tool-specific status and supported setup instructions. Use your own authorized account; never share credentials. Contact support for managed setup or pending verification rather than assuming retries enable an unavailable integration.
