Open Settings for Workspace, Account, Team Members, AI Behavior, Automation Defaults, Email Forwarding, Connected Tools, Billing, Security and Notifications. Some areas link to a separate page.
Who can change settings
Workspace settings generally need owner/admin permission; your account language is personal. Read labels and check the selected workspace before saving. Separate changes may save independently rather than as one all-or-nothing operation.
Saved is not enforced
Controls marked Not yet enforced can store a preference without changing runtime behavior. Controls marked Not yet implemented do not perform the displayed action. Do not treat either as a working automation, notification delivery or account-security feature.

Use the specific guide for each area. Connection badges and preferences do not establish a healthy external integration or delivered customer communication.
