Before you start
Use an email address you can access. Your password must meet the form requirements, including at least eight characters. Never share passwords or verification links.
Create your account
Open Get started in HostPilot.
- 1Enter your name, email and password.
- 2Complete any displayed security challenge.
- 3Submit the form and follow the confirmation instructions, if requested.
- 4Sign in after your account is ready.
Sign in and recover access
Use your email and password on Sign in. Google is an option when available for your account; its presence is not a guarantee that a connection is configured. If you forgot your password, use Forgot password and the recovery link sent to your email.
If access fails
Check the address, keyboard layout and confirmation email. Wait before repeatedly retrying. Contact support if a recovery email does not arrive; never send your password or a recovery link.
