Trial and subscription management
The paid trial lasts seven days and requires a card. Owners and admins use Billing for the current plan, payment warnings and supported subscription-management action. Existing paid-plan changes are support-assisted; contact support instead of assuming an in-app change is completed.
Payment failure and seven-day grace
A qualifying unpaid renewal starts a seven-calendar-day grace period from the payment-failure event. Current paid access can continue during valid grace, while Billing still says payment required. A grace period does not mean the invoice is paid.
Grace expiry and recovery
If the relevant invoice remains unpaid after valid grace expires and no other valid coverage applies, access falls back to Starter / Free. A verified payment recovery restores the applicable paid access. Check Billing after updating your payment details.
Cancellation and data preservation
Scheduled cancellation preserves verified paid service time through its end date. An unpaid future billing-period date is not paid coverage. After paid coverage ends, Free limits apply. Downgrade does not automatically delete or archive records or history; over-limit records remain readable while additional creation or additions can be blocked.
