Review before approval
Owners and admins approve or request changes. Confirm the property facts, dates, price wording, audience and creative text. Make sure you are reviewing the current version rather than an older draft.
When edits change approval
Changing content invalidates approval and requires another review. A previous approval does not automatically cover new wording. Keep the original draft and version history as context.
Copy or export
Use the supported Copy or approved-export action. Wait for clipboard confirmation. If permission is denied, allow clipboard access where appropriate or copy the visible text manually. Verify what was copied, especially dates and campaign context.
No automatic ad launch
Approval does not launch an ad. Copy/export does not automatically publish to advertising platforms. These actions do not create reach, clicks, spend or external delivery evidence. Public property-page publishing uses a separate action.
Review the selected workspace and current status before acting. A draft or approval is not proof of external delivery.
