One shared pool
The workspace shares monthly AI credits: Starter50, Pro1,000, Scale5,000 and Agency50,000. The pool resets on the first day of each UTC calendar month; it is not an individual allowance for each teammate.
Actions that use credits
AI reply, summary, lead-draft, review-reply and pricing-recommendation generation use credits. A logical Marketing AI generation uses one credit and can return fewer usable candidates than requested. Approval, copying, ordinary settings saves and deterministic audience suggestions do not require generation credits.
Failed or unusable results
A held Marketing AI credit is released when no usable completion is delivered. Do not assume rejected or repeated requests create unlimited free content. Repeated submissions can be refused; wait for the result before starting another request.
When credits are exhausted
Stop retrying generation and check Billing’s workspace usage. Continue manual tasks that do not require AI. Wait for the monthly reset or discuss a suitable plan with the workspace owner and support. No credit add-on purchase is described here.
