Archive or remove a property
Retire a property without silently losing its operating history.

Prefer archive
Archive is the normal choice when a property should no longer be active. Use the property status action and confirm its new state. You can restore a property when appropriate; archived marketing photos are read-only.
Permanent removal is protected
Only a workspace owner can request permanent removal. The owner must type the exact property name. Active or future bookings, campaigns, creative history, marketing events and photos can prevent removal.
If removal is refused
Read the explanation and review the dependencies. Do not delete important records just to force removal. Archive the property when retained history matters, or contact support for guidance.
Downgrade is not deletion
Changing to Free does not automatically delete or archive your properties or history. Creation limits and removal decisions are separate.
