    Revenue, rate and occupancy

Revenue summarizes qualifying recorded booking amounts, not collected payments. Average nightly rate divides booked amount by nights. Occupancy is an approximate fixed-period measure, including the property set used by the page. Dollar displays do not perform currency conversion.

    Response and lead metrics

The response metric is a median guest-to-host/AI interval from loaded messages, despite an average label. New leads covers a rolling seven-day window; closed-lead conversion uses closed leads divided by loaded leads. Viewing counts reflect recorded statuses, not verified tours.

Six monthly trends and top properties summarize recorded activity. Future or incomplete booking records can affect totals. Use underlying records to resolve discrepancies and your accounting system for financial reconciliation.

    Automation success

Run-status success is an operational ratio, not email-delivery or guest-receipt evidence. Marketing activity is a separate summary of creation, generation, approval and recorded copy actions.

    Current controls

The displayed operational date-range button is Not yet implemented. Do not assume it changes the results. Empty charts may reflect missing data, the current workspace or a read problem.
