Prepare a marketing profile
Resolve missing information and confirm facts before creating marketing content.

Where to begin
Open Marketing, select your property and open its profile. Review the missing-information and readiness indicators. Ready is a prerequisite decision, not a promise of bookings or generation availability.
Complete the property context
Add property type and bedrooms in Properties. Review the location, guest capacity and other information requested by the profile. Follow the missing items shown in HostPilot rather than assuming every saved field is sufficient.
Confirm public facts
Check each fact for accuracy and whether it is safe to publish. Owner/admin review determines which information may be used for AI marketing. Never include door codes, credentials, guest identities or sensitive access instructions in public facts.
Review readiness
Save the profile, resolve missing items and use the available confirmation action. Check the resulting status. Changed facts can require renewed confirmation. Ready still needs an authorized role, available credits and a supported action to generate content.
