    Before publishing

A workspace owner or admin needs a Ready profile, eligible confirmed public information and an approved photo. Review exactly what visitors will see. Campaign approval is not a prerequisite for a property page.

    Publish a page

    Open the property’s public-page area.

    1. 1Review the page information and approved photos.
    2. 2Read and acknowledge the publishing notice.
    3. 3Use Publish and check the resulting status.
    4. 4Open the public link and review it before sharing.

    Status and updates

Not published and unpublished mean there is no current public page. Published means the eligible version is available. Needs republish means changed or stale information requires a new review. Ineligible or stale pages can become unavailable until republished.

    Inquiries and open dates

Visitors can submit an inquiry that creates a lead when accepted. Open dates are checked for current usability. This is not a booking or payment engine, and no view, click or booking attribution is implied.

    Unpublish deliberately

Use Unpublish when you no longer want the page available. Old page addresses may redirect and remain reserved; do not assume a retired address can immediately be reused.
